Rahul Goel, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi competition and technology, media and telecoms partner, reported to have resigned from his team, will be joining Indus Law.
Goel’s team includes CAM director Anu Monga, who had been promoted as such in 2017. At Indus, Goel will be responsible for competition disputes and TMT and will join with his team of four.
A Delhi University and University of Essex graduate, Goel was made partner at Seth Dua & Associates in 2009, followed by a move to Dhir & Dhir in 2013 and a move to CAM in 2015. According to IndusLaw Delhi-based partner Avimukt Dar, “We have been doing a lot of competition advisory and merger control work. We also have a significant TMT practice.”
“Rahul and Anu will enhance our competition practice by increasing our representation on behavioural, enforcement and dispute matters. They will also bring a new dimension of international trade law to our firm, as well as boosting our overall regulatory offerings.”
