President Of India Appoints Five HC Judges As Chief Justices In Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Patna HCs


New appointment judge

Recently, the President of India issued warrants to five high court judges for appointment as Chief Justice, including Chief Justices in Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Patna High Courts.

1. Patna High Court Judge Navaniti Prasad Singh has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court.

2. Kerala High Court Judge Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court.

3. Jharkhand High Court Judge Pradip Kumar Mohanty has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court.

4. Patna High Court Judge Hemant Gupta has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

5. Madhya Pradesh High Court Judge Rajendra Menon has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court.

The appointments will be with effect from the date these judges assume charge of their offices.
