HomeChristopher Robertson
Mr. Robertson is counsel in Davis Polk’s Restructuring Group. He regularly represents hedge funds, banks, creditors, companies and other strategic parties in a wide range of corporate restructurings, including in connection with prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, DIP financings and Section 363 sales. Among his major representations, he has served as counsel to Purdue Pharma, Pernix Therapeutics, and ad hoc groups of secured lenders in Expro Group, Cambrian Coal, and SandRidge Energy.
