Srabonee Roy joins Veritas Legal from Samvad

Srabonee Roy, who was working with Samvad Partners since April 2019 has now joined Veritas Legal as a Partner.

Before joining Samvad Partners, she was working with J. Sagar Associates (JSA). She has also worked with Desai and Diwanji as an Associate.

She is a graduate from Symbiosis Law College.

According to her LinkedIn profile, she has extensive experience in rendering legal and strategic advice, leading transactions, drafting various commercial and transaction documents, negotiating deals and providing overall transactional support.
