Abanish Singh is the Head of Legal & Privacy at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions India – the technology arm for Vodafone Group. As an in-house counsel, he has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and trans-border technology contracts. Due to his intuitive skills, he structures and strategises transactions and procures desired outcomes whilst mitigating risks.
Earlier, he was the General Counsel for Quatrro. Prior to that, he served Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology after its merger with HP Enterprise) and Automatic Data Processing as their Head, Legal & Compliance. He has mostly been a transactional lawyer with a deep understanding of the businesses.
Abanish’s immaculate advice is always within the legal framework and at the same time innovative, well designed, effective and uncomplicated. Exposed to different jurisdictions across the globe, he had the opportunity to travel and work from different locations within APAC.
