Ansh is a member in the international dispute resolution team at NDA and has worked on foreign-seated international commercial arbitrations governed by the LCIA and SIAC Rules and litigations before the Bombay High Court. Healso has several articles to his credit published in leading platforms like the Kluwer Arbitration Blog, LexisNexis PSL, RMLNLU Arbitration Blog etc. As a student, he has also authored a chapter on the Non-Performing Assets of SBI and PNB published in a compilation of essays regarding legislations on non-performing assets. At NDA, he has also contributed to research papers on International Commercial Arbitration and articles on arbitration and litigation in Singapore as well as India.
