Sony acquires TEN Sports from Zee for $385 million


According to sources, "Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) on 31August announced the sale of its sports network TEN Sports to Sony Pictures Network (SPN) in an all cash deal for $385 million."

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai corporate partner Jaya Singhania acted for Sony, with competition partner Bharat Budholia. It is further assumed that Luthra & Luthra, with its partners Deepak THM and Vivek Pareek has represented Zee.
