Haiwen & Partners Strengthens Cross-Border M&A Capabilities with Addition of Fu Duan
Prominent Chinese law firm Haiwen & Partners has bolstered its cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capabilities by welcoming seasoned M&A specialist Fu Duan to its Beijing and Hong Kong offices.
Fu, who previously held senior legal positions at Alibaba Group and Alibaba New Retail Fund, brings her expertise in cross-border M&A and investment and financing to Haiwen & Partners. She specialises in private equity investment and M&A transactions involving US and Hong Kong-listed companies.
Before her in-house experience, Fu gained valuable experience at prominent international law firms Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Jenner & Block.
