AZB & Partners advised promoters of Indo Borax on sale to Zenrock Chemicals and Edelweiss

The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners represented the promoters of Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited on the sale of their entire holding (over 50%) in Indo Borax to Zenrock Chemicals and Edelweiss for approximately INR 4.2 billion. Indo Borax, being a listed entity, triggered a tender offer in accordance with the SEBI Takeover Regulations.
