The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Peak XV Partners on its minority investment in Prayaan Capital Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company-Investment and Credit Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), pursuant to a share subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement.

CAM’s role included structuring the transaction, documentation, negotiations, legal due diligence, transaction execution, and closing.
