P&A Law Offices Successfully Represents Tata Steel Before the Supreme Court in Pre-CIRP Dues Matter

Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal

The Supreme Court, relying on the landmark judgment in Ghanashyam Mishra and Sons Pvt. Ltd. v. Edelweiss ARC [(2021) 9 SCC 657], dismissed the appeal as no claim had been lodged by UPPCL during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
