ADNA advised Resolute Mining on acquisition of Doropo and ABC Gold Projects from AngloGold Ashanti

ADNA advised Resolute Mining on the Ivorian law aspects of its acquisition of the Doropo and ABC Gold Projects in Côte d’Ivoire from AngloGold Ashanti for a cash consideration of USD 150 million. The deal also involved the transfer of Resolute’s Guinean exploration permits to AngloGold.

Linklaters acted as the lead counsel to Resolute Mining.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Resolute’s presence in West Africa and aligns with its long-term growth plans in the mining sector.
