Baker McKenzie Advised Honeywell on USD 2.16 Billion Acquisition of Sundyne

Baker McKenzie advised Honeywell (Nasdaq: HON) on the international aspects of its USD 2.16 billion all-cash acquisition of Sundyne from private equity firm Warburg Pincus. The transaction closed on June 6, 2025.

Sundyne is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and aftermarket support of highly-engineered pumps and gas compressors used across process industries. The acquisition enhances Honeywell’s capabilities in serving critical industrial sectors worldwide.

The Baker McKenzie team was led by Duffy Lorenz (Partner) and Danielle Valois (Partner, Trench Rossi Watanabe*).
