Dentons advised Tahweel on Acquisition of Al Rowad Industrial Transformation Company from Tasnee
The Global law firm, Dentons advised Saudi Holding Company for Conversion Industries (Tahweel) on its agreement to acquire Al Rowad Industrial Transformation Company and its subsidiaries from National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) for a total value of approximately SAR 700 million, April 1, 2026, Riyadh. The completion of the transaction remains subject to obtaining relevant regulatory approvals.
Tahweel is an industrial investment and operational company contributing significantly to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s industrial development. The target is among the leading groups in the plastic conversion industry, comprising specialised companies providing solutions across packaging, agriculture, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
The transaction represents a strategic investment by Tahweel, strengthening its position in downstream manufacturing and conversion industries and supporting broader economic diversification initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030.
