Eversheds Sutherland advised H&G on its acquisition of Trutex Investments Limited, one of the UK’s most established schoolwear brands.

Trutex operates across more than 35 jurisdictions and is one of the most established names in the global schoolwear market. With this acquisition, it now joins H&G’s existing portfolio of Schoolblazer UK and Mountcastle, which together have combined group revenues of approximately A$200 million and an EBITDA of A$25 million.

The transaction marks a transformative step for the ASX-listed H&G as it accelerates its ambition to become a global leader in schoolwear.
