Hogan Lovells advised Delen Private Bank on its acquisition of all shares in the capital of Servatus Vermogensmanagement, a Dutch asset management firm based in ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

This acquisition aligns with Delen Private Bank’s growth strategy in the Netherlands, marking its seventh Dutch acquisition since entering the market in 2016. The transaction represents a significant step in expanding the bank’s presence in the Dutch asset management sector.
