Hogan Lovells advised Indies Capital Partners on final close of Indies Special Opportunities IV Fund

The global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Indies Capital Partners on the final close of its fourth flagship private credit fund, Indies Special Opportunities IV. The fund closed at over US$300 million, exceeding its target and more than doubling the size of its predecessor.

Focused on private credit strategies in Southeast Asia, the fund will provide middle-market companies with financing to support growth and strategic transformation. Investors include sovereign wealth and pension funds, life insurers, financial institutions, corporates, and family offices across the region.

The Hogan Lovells Singapore team was led by Thomas (Partner), Jixian Kim (Partner), with support from Sean Tan (Associate) and Yun Xin Teoh (Associate).

Thomas commented: “Indies’ successful fundraise reflects the strength of their investment strategy and the exciting growth in the private credit asset class in Asia-Pacific.”
