Ropes & Gray has advised Gauge Capital and eDynamic Learning, a leading provider of Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum solutions, in connection with the sale of eDynamic Learning to Pearson, a global leader in education and learning solutions. The deal was announced on June 13, 2025.
This strategic transaction aligns with Pearson’s growth plans in digital learning and will enhance its offerings in career and technical education, a rapidly growing segment that supports student readiness for high-demand industries.
