Stephenson Harwood advised private equity firm Pelican Capital LLP on its strategic investment in Capacitas, a London-based cloud transformation consultancy.

Pelican Capital’s investment will enable Capacitas to capitalise on the rapid growth of cloud and AI adoption and support the company’s continued investment in talent, service innovation, and go-to-market strategy.
