White & Case advised SNB Capital on Arabian Company for Agriculture and Industrial Investment IPO

White & Case LLP advised SNB Capital on the initial public offering and listing of Arabian Company for Agriculture and Industrial Investment (Entaj) on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Entaj, one of the leading poultry brands in Saudi Arabia, is the second company to list on Tadawul in 2025. The IPO received an overwhelming response, with the institutional tranche oversubscribed 208.4 times, attracting SAR 93 billion (approximately USD 24.8 billion), and the retail tranche oversubscribed 30.2 times, attracting SAR 1.4 billion (approximately USD 373.3 million). The total value of the offering amounted to around SAR 450 million (approximately USD 120 million).
