The leading legal practice in Egypt, El Wakeel Law Firm advised Dallah Albaraka Group on its strategic partnership with Palm Hills Developments for the development of a 97-feddan integrated residential project in East Cairo, with projected revenues of EGP 29 billion.
The agreement grants Palm Hills a 67% share of project revenues in return for development and marketing, while Dallah Albaraka retains land ownership. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Dallah’s expansion in Egypt’s real estate sector.
The transaction was led by Omar Abdeen (Head of Corporate), with support from Hussien Moharram (Junior Corporate & Contracts Lawyer) and Nermeen Samy (Associate), under the supervision of Tamer El Wakeel (Managing Partner).
