Gibson Dunn advised KKR on its investment arrangements in connection with the acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres by a consortium led by KKR.

The transaction involves the acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, a leading data center colocation services provider, at an implied enterprise value of approximately USD 10.9 billion.
