Kirkland & Ellis advised Sun Capital Partners, a leading private investment firm and longstanding client of the Firm, on the closing of its oversubscribed single-asset continuation vehicle for Fletchers Solicitors, a UK-based clinical negligence and specialist personal injury law firm. This transaction represented Sun Capital’s inaugural continuation vehicle.
