Kirkland & Ellis Advised Verdane on Merger of Wellhub & Urban Sports Club
Eight wind farms totalling 300 MW in the northern Spanish provinces of Teruel, Zaragoza and Huesca; and two solar plants totalling 100 MW in province of Palencia constitute the portfolio.
Kirkland & Ellis has advised Verdane, growth equity specialist, on the merger of European provider of corporate employee benefit programmes and consumer wellness solutions Verdane and leading global corporate wellbeing platform Wellhub. Customary regulatory closing conditions govern the transaction.
