The premier global law firm, Kirkland & Ellis advised King Salman Park Foundation (KSPF) on the development and construction of two mixed-use development districts in Riyadh with an aggregate value of approximately $3.8 billion. The project forms part of the King Salman Park development and is expected to become one of the largest residential-led platforms in the Middle East, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and contributing to one of the largest urban park projects globally.

Package 4 of the project will include more than 600 residential units, approximately 140 hotel keys, and around 50,000 square meters of office space, with a value exceeding $850 million. Package 5 will span more than 400,000 square meters and include around 3,700 residential units, approximately 300 hotel keys, a K-12 school, more than 100,000 square meters of Grade A office space, and a range of retail and dining offerings, with a total value of approximately $3 billion.
