It was led by Argonautic Ventures, with participation from Metaplanet and several other investors

Latham & Watkins has advised Cognaize, the intelligent document processing (IDP) company, powered by its proprietary hybrid intelligence technology, in a US$18 million Series A funding round.

It is to accelerate research, product development, marketing, and sales capacity. It will enable to meet the demand for the company’s AI solutions focused on specific challenges of the global financial industry.

The corporate deal team of Latham & Watkins was led by Los Angeles/Century City Partner Alex Voxman and associate Eduard Grigoryan.
