Reed Smith Advised RadNet and DeepHealth on Acquisition of Gleamer, Expanding DeepHealth’s Global Leadership in Radiology Clinical AI

Global law firm Reed Smith advised RadNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDNT) and its digital health division, DeepHealth, on their acquisition of Paris-based radiology AI company Gleamer SAS. Signed and closed on March 2, 2026, the deal propels DeepHealth into the position of the world’s largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions.

Founded in Paris, Gleamer is home to a fast-growing, cloud-first radiology AI platform with more than 130 professionals and over 700 customer contracts across 44 countries. Its portfolio of FDA-cleared and CE-marked AI and workflow solutions is designed to enhance quality of care while reducing radiologist workload, with a SaaS-based annual recurring revenue model that has demonstrated strong growth.

The integration of Gleamer’s solutions into DeepHealth is expected to broaden RadNet’s global commercial reach while strengthening its research and development capabilities. The transaction is also anticipated to drive operational efficiencies and improve patient care delivery within RadNet’s own network of outpatient radiology clinics across the United States.

The transaction highlights Reed Smith’s strength advised health care and technology clients on complex cross-border transactions involving AI-driven innovation.
