Ropes & Gray Advised Sanofi on its Participation in Sensorion’s €60 Million Global Private Offering

Ropes & Gray has advised Sanofi in connection with its participation as a strategic investor in the €60 million financing for Sensorion (listed on Euronext Growth).

Sensorion is a pioneering clinical-stage biotech company specializing in the development of novel therapies to restore, treat, and prevent hearing loss disorders. The financing was completed through a private placement of 214,285,714 new ordinary shares.
