Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Alpha Generation, LLC on its US$750 million offering of 6.250% senior notes due 2034.
Alpha Generation operates power generation facilities that are well positioned to provide reliable, secure, safe and sustainable sources of power, and meet the growing infrastructure needs created by electrification. Alpha Generation's facilities include 11.6 GWs of generation capacity in PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE and CAISO. This diverse portfolio of assets is owned by funds managed by ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, a leading middle-market value-added infrastructure investment firm with strategic partnerships and investments across the power, renewables, strategic gas, battery storage and transformative infrastructure sectors.
White & Case previously advised Alpha Generation on a series of financing transactions for an aggregate of US$2.95 billion.
