White & Case Advised Neste On €700 Million Green Bond Issuance Under EMTN Programme
White & Case LLP advised Neste Corporation on the issuance of €700 million 3.750% green bonds due 2030 under its €2.5 billion Euro Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme. The programme is listed on Euronext Dublin.
BNP Paribas, Danske Bank A/S, ING Bank N.V., Nordea Bank Abp, and UniCredit Bank GmbH acted as joint lead managers for the green bond offering. The proceeds will be used to finance eligible projects and assets under Neste’s Green Finance Framework.
Neste, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, is a global producer of sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and renewable feedstock solutions for the polymers and chemicals industry.
