The Delhi High Court Bar Association by a resolution has barred Advocate Seema Sapra from entering and using the premises of the Delhi High Court's cafeteria, bar rooms, library, car parking, consultation room, the Executive Centre and any other facility provided by the Association to its members.

It was observed at a meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) of DHCBA that Sapra was a source of constant annoyance and nuisance for some time. Her behavior and conduct has been noticeably strange and unbecoming of an advocate.

For some strange reason, Sapra was not a member of the DHCBA. It was necessary that she became a member to enjoy the facilities of the court premises and benefits in the first place. This apart, her activities were disturbing and unbecoming of a person of her stature. She has been indulging in objectionable activities such as distributing hurtful literature, sending accusative emails, making unfounded allegations against respected members and even Judges of the High Court and Supreme Court. She has also been threatening the cafeteria staff as well as the cleaners in the court premises.

The EC has received several complaints against her misbehavior.

Taking into consideration the need for disciplinary action and remedial measures, the EC unanimously decided to prevent Seema Sapra from vitiating the environment of the Delhi High Court and allow the respected members of the Court to practice their profession in peace and dignity.

Delhi HC Chief Justice D.N. Patel has also been requested by EC to take note of her misconduct and pass necessary orders to prevent any further nuisance by Sapra.
