Platinum Compass B 2018 RSC Limited ("Platinum" – a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority) has invested approx. Rs. 37.8 billion (approx. USD 508 million) in Jio Fibre's network.
The sovereign wealth fund from the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia (PIF) will acquire a total 20% in the infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) — Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust (Trust) which is a SEBI registered infrastructure investment trust, set up to house digital fibre optics assets, through a special purpose vehicle, Jio Digital Fibre Private Limited)
