Abhimanyu Bhattacharya is a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice Group in the Mumbai office. He has significant experience in various capital markets transactions, including initial and follow-on public offers, rights issues, qualified institutions placement, ADR/GDR and FCCB offers and offshore high yield bonds. Abhimanyu is a member of the visiting faculty at the BSE Training Institute and has assisted the SEBI CRDA Committee with respect to reforms in the disclosure and application process in public offers. Abhimanyu is a member of the Academic Council of the Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.

Abhimanyu has assisted the SEBI CRDA Committee with respect to reforms in the disclosure and application process in public offers of securities. Abhimanyu was a member of the visiting faculty at the BSE Training Institute and a member of the visiting faculty at Government Law College, University of Mumbai. Abhimanyu was the Vice Chair of the Underwriting Sub-Committee of the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association from 2015 – 2017. Abhimanyu is currently a member of the Academic Council of the Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.

He is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
