Abhisek is a Senior Associate with the ELB Group at Khaitan & Co and has extensive experience in working with both domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of employment matters. Some of the matters include drafting and reviewing of employment and consultancy related agreements, opining on various issues under the extant social security regime, drafting of various human resource and personnel policies and drafting of representations for clients to be submitted with the competent labour authorities.
