Abhishek is a Partner with Dentons Link Legal (formerly Link Legal) and has over 15 years of experience.

His litigation practice involves representing the Firm’s clients before tribunals and courts including the Supreme Court of India. He also routinely acts for clients in arbitration proceedings, both domestic as well as international. He has substantial experience in handling disputes across sectors including aviation (including airports), energy, infrastructure, real estate, direct selling, media and manufacturing, amongst others. Abhishek regularly represents leading domestic and international airlines and other aviation service providers in a range of disputes.

Abhishek regularly appears before the various benches of the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the Supreme Court in complex insolvency law matters. He has also represented clients in highly contentious matters concerning company law including shareholders’ disputes. Abhishek routinely advises and represents clients in complex matters before the Competition Commission of India and the Competition Appellate Tribunal.

Prior to joining the Dentons Link Legal (formerly Link Legal), he was an associate in the law chambers of Mr. Arun Jaitley, Senior Advocate. He has also completed an attachment with Allen & Gledhill, Singapore.

Abhishek is the Additional Joint Secretary of the NCLT and NCLAT Bar Association.
