Adheesh is a Partner in Khaitan & Co’s Intellectual Property practice. With over two decades of experience, Adheesh’s expertise extends to the entire gamut of IP laws with a focus on strategic advice on IP prosecution, patent drafting, enforcements, management, contentious matters, advisory and transactions across various sectors. He has advised both domestic and Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-ups in building their patent portfolio. He is also actively involved in INTA’s and AIPPI’s policy/advocacy initiatives in India and was the Chair of INTA’s Trademark Office Practices India Subcommittee.
