Aditi Agarwal has advised Indian and multinational corporations and investment banks on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other general corporate matters. Currently, Aditi advises clients on various litigation, arbitration, insolvency and regulatory matters including shareholder disputes. Aditi also assisted the Working Group on Related Party Transactions constituted by the SEBI. Aditi has a keen interest in policy making.
