He has extensive experience advising and representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, international and domestic arbitral tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Green Tribunal (NGT). Ajay’s practice spans constitutional law, civil and criminal litigation, intellectual property rights, employment laws, and complex corporate-commercial disputes. He also advises clients in matters involving corporate criminal investigations and quasi-criminal prosecutions, particularly in the realm of white-collar crime, including engagement with police investigation wings. In addition to his disputes practice, Ajay is regularly consulted on M&A transactions, offering strategic and tactical input, and advising on risk mitigation and preventive structuring in commercial contracts.
