The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Max Financial Services Limited (MFSL) and its promoters in relation to the execution of definitive agreements concerning certain future arrangements agreed with Axis Bank and its subsidiaries, which collectively hold approximately 19.02% in the company.

The arrangements include a proposed amalgamation of MFSL into Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, subject to receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
