The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Salesforce, Inc. on the Indian law aspects of its proposed acquisition of Momentum, a leading conversational insights and revenue orchestration platform.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions. Khaitan & Co advised Salesforce on the Indian law aspects of the transaction, including matters relating to incentive plans for Indian employees.
