Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted in relation to NHIT’s fifth fundraising round through institutional placement and preferential allotment

The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted in relation to the fifth round of fundraising by National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) through an institutional placement of units to eligible investors aggregating to ₹24,688.08 million, and through a preferential allotment of its units aggregating to ₹6,172.02 million.

National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT), a privately listed infrastructure investment trust sponsored by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), has successfully completed its fifth round of fundraising by way of institutional placement of units to eligible investors aggregating to ₹24,688.08 million and on a preferential basis aggregating to ₹6,172.02 million. The transaction facilitates NHIT’s continued progress in making a significant contribution towards supporting the National Monetisation Pipeline.

The firm advised SBI Capital Markets Limited, Axis Capital Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, A.K. Capital Services Limited, Tipsons Consultancy Services Private Limited and Trust Investment Advisors Private Limited in relation to the transaction.
