AZB & Partners advised Welspun Group and consortium partner on acquisition of Rolta India Limited

The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners acted as legal counsel to the Welspun Group and its consortium partner in connection with their acquisition of Rolta India Limited (“Rolta”). The acquisition was completed under Rolta’s corporate insolvency resolution process pursuant to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, resulting in the resolution of approximately INR 14,074 crores of outstanding debt.
