The leading Indian law firm, AZB & Partners advised Stonepeak on its joint venture with CMA CGM Group for the acquisition of stakes in port terminals from CMA CGM, including its stake in the Nhava Sheva Freeport Terminal, which operates and manages container terminals at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port.
