(“Statkraft”) in connection with the 100% stake sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Mandakini Jal Urja Private Limited, which is implementing a 76 MW hydroelectric project in Uttarakhand, to Bhilwara Energy Limited. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent and regulatory approvals.
