The leading law firm in India, DMD Advocates is advising Investment Fund Denmark (formerly IFU) and FMO, the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank, on their investment in Radiance Renewables Private Limited, a leading India-focused commercial and industrial renewable energy platform backed by Eversource Capital.
Under this transaction, Impact Fund Denmark and FMO have each committed approximately USD 50 million, aggregating to a total capital infusion of USD 100 million. The investment will support Radiance Renewables’ next phase of growth and expansion across solar, hybrid wind-solar, and battery energy storage projects in India.
The transaction is subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent and regulatory approval.
