DSK Legal advised Jungle Ventures on investment in Enerzolve Smart Technologies

The leading law firm in India, DSK Legal advised and assisted Jungle Ventures on its investment in Enerzolve Smart Technologies Private Limited (“Enerzolve”), acting as the lead investor in a priced investment round, with co-investors including Kae Capital Fund and others.

The role of DSK Legal included:

• (a) Conduct of legal due diligence on Enerzolve;
  
• (b) Drafting, negotiating, and finalising transaction documents, including the share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement, and promoter employment agreement; and
  
• (c) Providing support in relation to closing of the transaction.

Deal Value: USD 5.1 million
