JSA Advised Axcelinno Holdings on Sale of Indian Subsidiary to Mainline Information Systems

J Sagar Associates (JSA), a leading Indian law firm, has announced that it advised Axcelinno Holdings LLC in the sale of its assets and units/shares to Mainline Information Systems, Inc.

As part of the deal, Mainline Information Systems will acquire Axcelinno's assets and units/shares. JSA played a key role in providing legal guidance and support to Axcelinno throughout the process.

Axcelinno is a technology solutions company that offers cloud, data analytics, and cyberm security services. Mainline Information Systems, on the other hand, is a Florida-based company that provides IT solutions to customers worldwide.

The sale is expected to benefit both companies and enable them to expand their reach and capabilities in the technology solutions market.

JSA was closely associated with the sale of 97.5 per cent of the Indian subsidiary of Axcelinno to Mainline.

JSA played a key role with its close involvement throughout the transaction. The JSA team provided comprehensive support to Axcelinno, including assisting with transaction structuring, reviewing and negotiating documentation, and ultimately finalising the deal. In addition, JSA guided Axcelinno on all direct tax issues that arose in connection with the transaction.

Mainline Information Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of IT solutions and services.

The team from JSA included the lead partner Trisheet Chatterjee, partner Sarvesh Kumar Saluja, and associate Kaishori Raut. The taxation team, headed by Kumarmanglam Vijay, partner and Head of Practice for Direct Tax, provided additional support alongside associate Shiv Singhal.
