Khaitan & Co advised Aaryak Jewellery Private Limited (doing business as Aukera) in connection with its Series B funding round. The investment round was led by Peak XV Partners Investment VIII and saw participation from Fireside Ventures Investment Fund-III, Eagle Scheme (a scheme of Sparrow Capital II), Alteria Capital Fund III – Scheme A, and Eternal Emerging Enterprises Fund I.

The role of the Firm included preparation and finalisation of the definitive agreements for the investments by Peak XV and other existing investors.

The Khaitan & Co core team included Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Sivananda Pingali (Principal Associate), and Dhruv Gupta (Associate).
