Khaitan & Co advised Apollo Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. on the issuance of investment-grade USD-denominated notes aggregating to USD 750 million by Mumbai International Airport Limited, a company under the Adani Group. The transaction also includes an option for further issuance of USD 250 million, taking the total potential deal value to USD 1 billion.

The notes were subscribed to by a mix of prominent global investors including funds managed by Apollo Global, BlackRock, Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), and MetLife, highlighting continued investor confidence in Indian infrastructure backed by global sponsors.

Khaitan & Co advised Apollo Management Singapore on all Indian legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and review of key deal documents.
