The leading law firm Khaitan & Co advised ChrysCapital Advisors on its landmark fundraise for the Indian sleeve of ChrysCapital X, which has secured commitments of USD 2.2 billion, marking the largest Private Equity fund raised by an Indian PE firm, backed by a diverse global and domestic investor base.
